My work is particularly active in design language systems, brand identity and experience strategy. I'm interested in where emotional design intersects with functional design and human factors.
A graduate of University of Michigan’s School of Art & Design, I have been working in design professionally since 2005. I've designed products, campaigns and experiences for companies like Apple, Gatorade, GE, Equinox, ABI, BlackRock, NFL, Reebok, Guinness, Ketel One, HP and SpaceX.
I'm a poet in my dwindling spare time and maintain an interest in type design and illustration. With a few awards along the way, my creative work has been featured in in Time Magazine, The Atlantic, Fast Company, PC Magazine, The Discovery Channel, Creativity Magazine and The Onion, and on a lonely water tower in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
